The customer has the right of revocation or cancelation of an order. Revocation requires a notice in writing (via letter, fax or email) or the return of the unopened product within one month. The cancellation period starts after receiving this cancellation policy or earliest after arrival of the respective product at the delivery address. Cancellation Consequences

In case of an effective revocation each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received. All our products are delivered in a sealed protective film and a noble wooden box. A return is only possible in the same condition. However, if the customer is responsible for the goods being damaged or destroyed or if they are otherwise responsible for the goods not being able to be returned, they shall reimburse the seller for the deterioration of the value of the received goods.
This does not apply with respect to goods being handed over in the event that such deterioration is exclusively due to your inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. You may avoid an obligation for reimbursement of value, if you do not take possession of the item as if you were the owner and if you refrain from doing anything which might adversely affect the value of the item. Transportable goods have to be returned. Reimbursement must be paid within 30 days after the revocation. The Customer shall bear the costs of the return if if the goods delivered were the ones that were ordered, if the total order amount does not exceed EUR 40 and if the goods had not been paid fully at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return will be free of charge.
